A New Alumni Website, Updates on Programmes and More
Dear Global Campus Alumni,
We hope this message finds you well. Please find below a round of updates, opportunities, and ongoing initiatives across our network:
đ A brand new Alumni Website
We have launched a newly designed GCA website. The platform is more user-friendly and modern; it features dedicated spaces for news, opportunities, ambassador sign-up, information about our activities, and updates from the 8 regional alumni networks. Itâs a website for you, and youâre welcome to suggest areas of improvementâcheck it out.
đď¸ Are You a GC Alum Working in Media?
The Global Campus Press Office is building a network of alumni working in journalism, blogging, and other media roles. If youâre interested in receiving updates, expert contacts, or human rights stories from across the GC network, weâd like to connect.

đ Alumni-Led Projects â Updates
Weâre seeing strong momentum in cross-regional alumni initiatives addressing a wide range of issuesâfrom education and youth activism to ecocide. A special shout-out to the team that recently concluded the Palestine Dialogues: Testimonials of a Genocide and Advocacy Workshop. Best of luck to the teams now wrapping up or launching education and advocacy projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and beyondâincluding online platforms! Weâll be sharing the project outputs over the next months, as they could be valuable tools for many of you!
đ Alumni Employment Survey â Final Phase
How long does it take GC graduates to find a job, and in which sectors are they employed?
As every year, we conduct a survey of the last three cohorts of alumni. After several months of data collection, we are now analyzing the results. A big thank you to everyone who contributed!
You can expect the full report in early fall.
Private Sector Outreach
We are reaching out to alumni working in the private sector to gather insights for potential GC-led initiatives involving business communities. We've had some fascinating conversations with graduates employed at consumer goods companies, global consulting firms, and beyond. We're currently in the mapping phase and believe strongly in the value of connecting these professionals.
If you are currently in the private sector, please contact: info@globalcampusalumni.org
Planning the next edition of the GC Alumni Careers Programme
Weâre designing the 2025 edition of the Careers Programme for our newest graduates. Through targeted workshops, we aim to support our latest cohorts around the globe as they take their first steps into human rights careers. What do you think such a programme should focus on? Which transferable skills should our graduates emphasize when entering the job market?
If youâd like to contribute ideasâor join as a speakerâplease get in touch: info@globalcampusalumni.org
đĽď¸ Add Global Campus of Human Rights to Your LinkedIn Profile
